Simple Eye Makeup Look

I LOOVE this look for when I want my makeup to be striking but also not too overdone!

This is all about a flawless base and ALL the attention going to the Eye makeup! There are one of two steps/products that are vital in achieving this eye makeup right.

Primer: Smashbox Photo Finish
Foundation: MAC Studio Fix Fluid NC15
Powder: Smashbox Halo loose powder
Contour: Inglot Powders

Smashbox: Brow Trio in Brunette

ANY soft Brown eyeshadows will do, but I used Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette
White eyeliner in the water line is NYX ‘Milk’

Liner is Essence Liquid ink
Mascara is Milano

Lashes are MAC – (Eyelure lashes are just as amazing and cheaper too!)

Lashes and the white eyeliner are the VITAL pieces to this look, they open out the eyes to make them appear bigger!

I used 3 MATTE brown shades for this look, I put a light nude all over the lid upto the brow, then a slighly more tan color on the outer corner and under the lower lash line. Then finally I put a darker taupe color about my crease to give the eye definition. Be careful not to pick colors that are too dark because the liner and lashes should be doing ALL the talking here and we don’t want this to end up being a smokey eye!

I dusted some of the Smashbox Photo Filter Pressed powder all over my face for a blur (photoshop effect)

I left this eye makeup ‘top heavy’ – which means most product is on the upper lid with only a small about of eyeshadow under the lower lashes.
