MAC Studio Water Weight VS Smashbox BB Water

This is the one product battle royale that you don’t have to choose between!

These two products (both owned by Estee Lauder) contain THE EXACT SAME FORMULA!

and incase your wondering the MAC one is Cheaper!

It is odd for two companies owned by the one parent company to release two identical products at the same time and I think this time it will effect Smashbox more. This is one of their most hyped launches and as a brand trying to build its clientele, they made a bad move by going up against such an established brand such as MAC who are launching an identical product. I don’t have the exact difference in price, but once I do I will edit them in here!

Who are you leaning more towards? MAC Water Weight or Smashbox BB Water?

Here is what Smashbox say:
Simply put, we have no other BB foundation with a thin, water-like veil. What makes it a technological feat is our breakthrough system that suspends pigments in H2O. The big pay-off: a BB that hydrates your skin throughout the day and a demi-matte, but never flat complexion. Just a few drops create a remarkably natural-looking canvas that still camouflages imperfections. Just build for more coverage. Plus, our exclusive Photoset Polymers—taken from medical grade liquid bandage technology—make it last from A.M. to afterhours.

Here is what MAC say:
Introducing an innovative foundation that delivers colour in an ultra-fluid, elastic gel- serum formula. With a virtually weightless feel, this hydrating formula is extraordinarily comfortable, lasting for hours. With stay-true colour and sheer medium buildable coverage, it softly blurs imperfections such as pores and fine lines. The unique dropper provides you with a drop of perfection.
