Iv been on the hunt for a brand new ‘perfect’ foundation This generally involves me trying out LOADS until I find the perfect one.
You guys generally request more Inglot reviews from me so I decided to start my foundation hunt and makeup kit rebuild there!
My perfect foundation for PALE skin, would be one that has a nice texture with minimal oxidisation, no caking and has a great wear time on the skin.
AMC Cream Foundation & Contour Powders
I was quite impressed with the shade range for the cream foundation! For €24, this is really good foundation, builds easily and doesn't feel heavy on the skin. I picked up the palest shade LW100. Coverage is medium but build-able. There is a scent off the foundation. I generally prefer no scent but I wouldn't consider this a reason to turn you off the foundation. The finish is Matte.
My favourite finds were the cool, ash toned powders which are perfect for contouring on very pale skin.
I have used SO MANY contour products from Smashbox to MAC but I could not find one cool toned enough to contour without adding any 'warmth' to my makeup look. So after a lot of swatching, I was set on these 3 shades, one to contour, one to blend out and one to highlight (without adding shimmer) also loving that the palette (€12) holds 4, So i have my contour, highlight and a space for a blush shade! Makes travelling and shoots on the go a lot easier!
The powder blends nicely and does not feel chalky, for €10, these are a steal!
Altogether my palette, 3 powders and foundation came to €66 (€52.80 after pro discount)
